Lecture “Greek Prehistory – Palaeolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic”

Georgian National Museum invites you to the public lecture "The Greek prehistory - Paleolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic (100.000-6.000 BC)" by Thessaloniki University Professor Nikos Efstratiou. The lecture will be held on January 26, at 12:00 pm in GNM auditorium.

The presentation will provide a brief overview of the archaeology of Greece from the Palaeolithic era to the Mesolithic and the Neolithic periods (100.000-6.000 BP). The cultural sequence and the main research issues of this long prehistoric period will be discussed and the material from all major archaeological projects in Greece will be presented.

The attendance is free.
