Exhibition of Ahmet Yesil’s works
Georgian National Museum Shalva Amiranashvili museum of Fine Arts presents exhibition of Turkish painter Ahmet Yesil on 22nd of June 2013 on 5 pm.
Ahmet Yesil was born in 1954, in Mersin, Turkey. In 1972, he suffered a disorder, which deprived him of the ability to walk. Quickly finding his artistic direction, Yesil chose picture as a way of life and devoted all of his time to it. He has had 81 solo exhibitions and participated in 279 group exhibitions. Yesil's works can be seen in public and private collections in Turkey and abroad.
Yeşil is a member of the International Association of Plastic Arts and of the Ankara United Artists and Sculptors. As of today, he continues to work at his workshop in Mersin.
On the exhibition at Museum Of Fine arts, there will be displayed approximately 40 paintings.
Exhibition will last till July 1st 2013.
