The project aims to carry out weekly workshops and short documentary film making during four months (March-June 2015). At the end of the project the films made by project members will be shown to audience.

In February 2015 the competition revealed 5 winner groups (2 persons in each), who will make documentaries on the following topics:

  • Beautiful Georgia / Preserving Georgia's Cultural Heritage
  • Empowering Women
  • Celebrating Diversity / Highlighting Cultural Minority Groups
  • Civil Society / Working Together for a Strong Georgia
  • Conflict Resolution within Georgia's Borders

The Georgian National Museum Auditorium, in the frame of the project, will host training workshops and showings of contemporary American documentary films. Workshops will be conducted by the local directors, operators, producers and also directors from the US - Jason DaSilva and Chris Suspect.
