The exhibition "Green"

Georgian National Museum Dimitri Shevardnadze National Gallery invites you to the group exhibition "Green" dedicated to the World Environment Day. The Opening event will take place on June 26, 2016 at 5 pm.  

In the framework of the event, in the Gallery space and Alexander garden will be presented the artworks by Mamuka Japaridze, Temo Javakhi, Iliko Zautashvili, Guram Tsibakhashvili, Levan Chogoshvili, Karlo Kacharava, Kote Jincharadze, Murtaz Shvelidze, Gio Sumbadze, Lia Bagrationi, Wato Tsereteli, Rocko Iremashvili, Tato Akhalkatsishvili, Levan Mindiashvili, Koka Tskhvediani, Oleg Timchenko, Keti Davlianidze, Uta Bekaia, Andro Eradze, Lado Lomitashvili, ARTILERIA (Dr.Love & Miro), Elene Rakviashvili, Misha Gogrichiani, Vakho Bugadze, Giorgi Shavgulidze, Group Bouillon, Nikoloz Lutidze, Niko Tsetskhladze, Andria Dolidze, Nato Bagrationi, Sopho Cherkezishvili, Tsisia Kiladze, Tutu Kiladze, Tatia Darchishvili, Manuchar Okrostsvaridze, Irina Jibuti&Taso Gomelauri, also Tamaz Varvaridze group (Mananiko Amarilla Kobakhidze) and Gogi Alexi-Meskhishvili Design School (Liza Chichinadze, Teo Kukhianidze, Avto Modebadze, Shotiko Bagalishvili, Anano Dolidze, Tamuna Gurgenidze, Nutsa Chkonia, Elene Apriamashvili).

Within the exhibition the XVII century unique manuscript "Pledge Agreement Restricting the Sale of the Forest" will be presented from the Korneli Kekelidze National Centre of Manuscripts.

During the event, Nika Machaidze will perform at the Alexander Garden. 

The exhibition is curated by Keti Shavgulidze.

Project is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia and Tbilisi City Hall. 

The exhibition dedicated to the World Environment Day is the first time when the National Gallery hosts group screenings on the topic of ecology.

The exhibition "Green" will last until July 4, 2016.
