Photo exhibition “Sportscast”

On February 18, 2013, at 5 p.m.  Georgian National Museum, Tbilisi History Museum, present an exhibition of Alexander Kotorashvili, “Sportscast ", dedicated to his 70th anniversary.

The exhibition will present photos of a professional photographer, in the space of a sports chronicle - A author, Alexander Kotorashvili photos. These works reflect the world of sport through the eyes of the professional master. These works clearly reflect the motion and passion, the dynamics of the suspended seconds, a world where the sport brings emotional and spiritual turning point in people's lives. In 1960th Alexander Kotorashvili worked in cinema studio “Georgian Film”, also he was correspondent of professional sport magazine “Martve”. From 1970th to nowadays he works as correspondent of famous newspaper “Lelo”. Alexander Kotorashvili is awarded with the Medal of Honor, decorated with an order of dignity, awarded with honored title of sport worker, a member of Journalists Association, Mikhail Kakabadze Prize Laureate, Independent Journalists' Prize Laureate. Alexander Kotorashvili is participant and winner of numerous exhibition contests in Tbilisi, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Germany, Poland and Japan.
