The Georgian National Museum showed 100% performance and was ranked among the top five most transparent institutions

Within the framework of the project "Public Information Database - www.opendata.ge" the Georgian National Museum was named as one of the most transparent institutions in Georgia. Project was organized by the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) with the support of Open Society - Georgia Foundation (OSDF).

According to the statistical analyses conducted during the project in 2014, an entities with the highest progress in access to the public information were revealed. The Georgian National Museum showed 100% performance and was ranked among the top five most transparent institutions.

Award ceremony took place at the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel on February 12, 2015.

Since it's establishment Georgian National Museum issues public information to all interested entities. According to the resolution issued by the Government of Georgia in 2013, public information about the Georgian National Museum is available at the website www.museum.ge.

Georgian National Museum updates it's public information profile according to all legislative regulations and timeframes.
